Its main features include local media import, scanning, previewing, playback, search, tagging, notes, project management, cache management, export, share packages, membership quota management, online updates, and related functions.

2. The core design of PrimShow is local media management. Unless you actively use export, sharing, upload, synchronization, or other features that clearly require online transmission, PrimShow will not upload your original photos, original videos, or Local Media Files by default.

3. PrimShow may generate databases, indexes, caches, thumbnails, keyframes, recognition results, tags, and other auxiliary data on your local device to improve media management, preview, search, loading, playback, and software operation efficiency.

4. PrimShow may provide AI recognition, tag recognition, keyframe analysis, content search, media classification, and other features. Unless otherwise expressly stated on the relevant feature page or separately authorized by you, such processing is performed by default on your local device, and your original photos and videos will not be uploaded by default for AI training.

5. PrimShow may, as required for product development, optimize, adjust, upgrade, or discontinue certain features, interfaces, membership benefits, performance strategies, asset quotas, technical architecture, supported platforms, or service content. We will use reasonable efforts to notify users through the official website, in-software prompts, update notes, or other reasonable methods.

3. Software License

1. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use PrimShow on devices that you lawfully own or control.

2. This Agreement only grants you the right to use PrimShow and does not transfer to you any ownership, intellectual property rights, or any other rights in or to PrimShow.

3. Without our prior written permission, you may not:

   (1) copy, modify, adapt, translate, rent, lease, sell, transfer, or distribute PrimShow or any component thereof;

   (2) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, bypass license verification, bypass membership restrictions, or attempt to extract the source code of PrimShow;

   (3) remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, rights notice, or other identification contained in PrimShow;

   (4) use plug-ins, scripts, automation tools, cracking patches, illegal license files, or other methods to interfere with the normal operation of PrimShow;

   (5) use PrimShow to develop, train, test, sell, or provide software, services, or products that substantially compete with PrimShow, unless otherwise mandatorily permitted by applicable law;

   (6) engage in any other act that infringes our lawful rights and interests or violates applicable laws and regulations.

4. If you violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your right to use PrimShow and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

4. Account Registration and Security

1. You may be required to register or log in to a PrimShow account in order to use membership subscriptions, device authorization, benefit synchronization, online updates, customer support, or other related features.

2. You shall ensure that the information you provide when registering or using an account is true, accurate, lawful, and valid, and you shall update such information in a timely manner if it changes.

3. You shall properly safeguard your account, verification codes, password, login credentials, subscription credentials, and device authorization information. You shall be solely responsible for any account losses caused by your voluntary disclosure, improper safekeeping, use of unofficial software, device infection by viruses, or other reasons not attributable to us.

4. Without our consent, you may not sell, rent, transfer, share, lend, or otherwise provide your account, membership benefits, or authorization eligibility to others.

5. If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that your account involves abnormal login, theft, sharing, cracking, abuse, fraud, violation of this Agreement, or violation of applicable laws and regulations, we have the right to take measures including restricting login, suspending membership benefits, requiring identity verification, freezing the account, or terminating services.

5. Membership Subscription Services

1. PrimShow’s paid services are provided on a subscription basis. The specific subscription plans, prices, billing cycles, functional benefits, asset quotas, device limits, expiration dates, renewal rules, and promotional activities shall be subject to the information displayed on the page at the time of purchase.

2. PrimShow may provide different levels of membership plans, including but not limited to Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. Different plans may vary in terms of asset quotas, import quantities, search capabilities, professional features, batch processing, export capabilities, cache strategies, device authorization, customer support, and other aspects.

3. Subscription services are provided only during the valid subscription period. Upon subscription expiration, cancellation, payment failure, completion of refund, account abnormality, or violation of this Agreement, the relevant membership benefits may be suspended, downgraded, or terminated.

4. If a subscription supports automatic renewal, you shall confirm the automatic renewal rules on the purchase page, payment platform, or subscription management page. You may manage or cancel your subscription according to the methods provided by the relevant platform or PrimShow. Cancellation of a subscription generally does not affect your continued use of the corresponding benefits during the current paid billing period, subject to the rules displayed on the purchase page or by the payment platform.

5. Subscription prices, benefits, quotas, and functional scope may vary depending on region, platform, version, promotional activities, exchange rates, taxes, channel policies, or product adjustments. We have the right to adjust subscription plans based on operational needs, but we will not, without cause, reduce core benefits expressly promised to you during your current paid billing period.

6. If subscription failure, delayed activation, duplicate payment, inability to renew, or inability to cancel a subscription is caused by payment platforms, banks, networks, taxes, exchange rates, app store rules, third-party service failures, or your own operation, you should promptly contact us or the relevant payment platform for assistance.

7. A membership subscription does not mean that you obtain ownership of PrimShow software, trademarks, code, algorithms, database structures, UI design, technical solutions, or any other intellectual property rights.

6. Refund Policy

1. PrimShow’s refund rules shall be subject to the rules displayed on the purchase page, payment channel, app store, third-party payment platform, or official website.

2. If you purchase a subscription through a third-party platform, such as an app store, payment service provider, or other channel, refund requests may need to be submitted according to the rules and procedures of the third-party platform, and we may not be able to directly process or determine the refund outcome.

3. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, or expressly stated on the purchase page, activated subscription services, used membership benefits, consumed quotas, and digital services already enjoyed generally do not support refunds without cause.

4. If you are unable to properly use the core membership services you have purchased due to reasons attributable to PrimShow, you may contact us at support@primshow.com, and we will assist based on the specific circumstances.

5. In the event of malicious refunds, fraudulent purchases, stolen payment methods, abnormal transactions, abuse of promotions, repeated account registration to obtain benefits, or similar conduct, we have the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the relevant account and membership benefits, and reserve the right to pursue liability.

7. User Media Files and Content Responsibility

1. You shall have the corresponding rights or lawful authorization for all Local Media Files and related content that you import, scan, manage, preview, play, tag, search, export, share, or process through PrimShow.

   (3) circumventing copyright protection, technical protection measures, or access restrictions;

   (4) processing, copying, or distributing videos, photos, materials, or media assets of others without authorization;

   (5) using PrimShow to engage in fraud, attacks, harassment, invasion of privacy, illegal transactions, or other unlawful activities;

   (6) any other conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations, public order and good morals, or this Agreement.

4. As a local media management tool, PrimShow does not assume responsibility for the legality, accuracy, completeness, ownership, or suitability of the media content that you import, manage, process, export, or share. You shall be solely responsible for any disputes arising from your content, manner of use, or authorization issues.

8. Local Data, Backup, and Deletion Responsibility

1. PrimShow primarily reads, manages, and processes media files on your local device. You understand and agree that the security of Local Media Files, local databases, local indexes, local caches, project files, and related data is closely related to the condition of your device, disk status, system environment, permission settings, third-party software, antivirus software, backup habits, and manner of operation.

2. You shall independently back up important photos, videos, project files, databases, and other important data. We strongly recommend that you back up important data before performing batch import, batch deletion, permanent deletion, cache cleanup, database repair, migration, rebuilding, transcoding, export, or other high-risk operations.

3. PrimShow may provide deletion, removal, cleanup, repair, migration, export, and other functions. Certain operations may affect local projects, databases, caches, indexes, or disk files. Before performing such operations, you should carefully confirm software prompts, file locations, target directories, selected items, and operation types.

4. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for data loss, damage, overwriting, unreadability, index abnormalities, cache abnormalities, or project abnormalities caused by any of the following:

   (1) your misoperation, incorrect directory selection, accidental deletion of files, or failure to back up data;

   (2) disk failure, file system damage, system crash, power outage, virus, malware, or interference by third-party software;

   (3) your use of unofficial versions, cracked versions, modified versions, or incompatible plug-ins;

   (4) your moving, renaming, deleting, or modifying PrimShow databases, indexes, caches, project files, or media source files on your own;

   (5) operating system permissions, disk permissions, antivirus software, cleanup tools, or security policy restrictions;

   (6) force majeure or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

5. If PrimShow detects database abnormalities, read-only protection, search index abnormalities, or other risks, the software may suspend certain write functions in order to prioritize the protection of local data security. You understand that such protection mechanisms may cause certain editing, importing, tagging, repair, or write operations to become temporarily unavailable.

9. Software Updates and Feature Adjustments

1. To improve security, stability, compatibility, and user experience, PrimShow may provide automatic or manual update services.

2. Software updates may include new features, feature adjustments, error fixes, security patches, performance optimizations, membership benefit adjustments, interface changes, compatibility updates, or discontinuation of old features.

3. You understand and agree that certain updates may be necessary for continued use of PrimShow or specific online services, membership services, account services, subscription verification, payment services, or security features.

4. If you refuse or fail to install updates in a timely manner, certain features may become unavailable, compatibility may decrease, security risks may increase, membership benefits may not be verified, or service experience may be limited.

5. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the stability of updates, but we do not guarantee that every update will be fully compatible with all devices, system versions, driver environments, disk environments, or third-party software environments.

10. Third-Party Services

1. PrimShow may integrate with or use third-party services, including but not limited to payment services, app stores, account verification, email services, crash logs, analytics, software update distribution, cloud infrastructure, AI models, or open-source components.

3. With respect to payment failures, subscription abnormalities, network interruptions, data delays, service unavailability, refund disputes, regional restrictions, account restrictions, system compatibility issues, or other losses caused by third-party services, we will provide reasonable assistance where appropriate, but we shall not bear liability for third-party services beyond that required by law.

4. PrimShow may use lawful open-source software, open-source libraries, or third-party components. The rights to such components belong to their respective rights holders and are subject to the applicable open-source licenses or authorization terms.

1. PrimShow and its related software, code, interfaces, icons, logos, trademarks, names, brands, visual designs, interaction designs, text, technical solutions, database structures, algorithms, feature designs, product architecture, website content, and related materials are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, anti-unfair competition law, and other applicable laws and regulations.

2. Without our or the relevant rights holder’s prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, rent, adapt, reverse engineer, extract, imitate, register, preemptively register, or otherwise use PrimShow’s intellectual property content.

3. “PrimShow,” the PrimShow logo, related product names, feature names, brand identifiers, and other commercial identifiers are trademarks, marks, or rights-related content owned by us or the relevant rights holders.
